Leszek James is a successful entrepreneur, software development pioneer and the leading force behind the creativity and innovation of EZUniverse’s® global operations. Mr. James holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has more than 27 years of experience in IT. He has successfully developed several information technology solutions for major corporations. As the Founder and former President of Metrosoft® Inc., he was the key technology architect for numerous sizable companies, including a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Fred Alger Funds, Reich and Tang, Cortland Trust. His product portfolio includes the design and worldwide deployment of several successful technology initiatives, including a fund supermarket system which was adopted by the some of the largest financial institutions in the world, including State Street Bank, Bank of New York and Barclays Bank. While at EZUniverse® Inc., Mr. James engineered and co-designed the unique .APP rapid development application platform (2003), which transformed the company into a successful product and technology incubator. Under his direction, the company has become the preeminent provider of Operational Intelligence & Management Technology. This product allows EZUniverse’s clients to efficiently administer assets, people and/or entire businesses. The latest portfolio of world class products pioneered by Mr. James includes the following: (1) EZLink™, which was successfully deployed in 2006 for one of the world’s largest banking institutions – Deutsche Bank; and (2) EZConnect™, which is currently being implemented by the largest QSR chain in the world throughout its entire franchisee network. Mr. James has also co-founded: (i) LGBS Software, the U.S.-based premier outsourcing group, whose 300+ employee engineering team is supporting most of EZUniverse’s® technology initiatives; and (ii) Intermedium Financial LLC, a rapidly growing financial services company whose innovative financial product is propelled by the proven EZLink™ technology, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
