EZInspector, a revolutionary product for the property management industry, automates and simplifies the property inspection process.

EZInspector combines state-of-the-art technology with Microsoft standards to create a solution that gives users real-time access to their property databases from any location. Field teams can access centrally hosted building and asset information, including property data and photo records of conditions and maintenance requirements, from the field via tablet PCs. Managers stay in touch with their inspection and maintenance teams through schedules and task assignments available to the teams in the field. Site or building inspectors can perform inspections by selecting options from drop-down menus and merging digital photos into the report.

At the completion of the inspection, the data is automatically synchronized with the central database, making the results immediately available to others. EZInspector can then generate detailed photo and text inspections reports and upload the file to the host or send it attached to an email. EZInspector enables more inspections to be accomplished in less time, maximizing staff productivity while reducing costs.

EZInspector Site Inspection Reports and Tablet PC Platform. EZInspector was launched in Las Vegas in May, 2005, through our partner, TSS, Inc., of Union, NJ. TSS uses the application for site data management of its own properties and markets the product to the facilities maintenance market under the name Total Site Solutions.
